Last night at Daly’s Restaurant in the Westin Hotel over 200 people came out to celebrate Twestival.

‘Twestival® (or Twitter Festival) uses social media for social good by connecting communities offline on a single day to highlight a great cause and have a fun event.’

And what a night it was.

This wonderful group of people organized our evening last night.

There was both a silent auction and a live auction that @StuntmanStu was kind enough to perform for us.

One of the most amazing things about last night is that everywhere you looked people were laughing and introducing themselves in person after already meeting on Twitter. And together all these wonderful people helped raise $12,321 for The Royal Ottawa Foundation for Mental Health
